Dashboard

The Portal dashboard provides a real-time overview of your organization's AI workspace. It's the first screen you see when signing in to portal.workjet.dev.

Overview Metrics

The dashboard displays key metrics for the current billing period:

  • Token usage: Total input and output tokens consumed, with a trend comparison to the previous period
  • Estimated cost: Current spend based on configured model rates, shown against the monthly budget cap
  • Active automations: Count of running engines and assistants
  • Team size: Number of users in the organization
  • Request count: Total AI requests this billing period

Activity Feed

The activity feed shows recent events across the organization:

  • User sign-ins
  • Skills created or published
  • Automations activated or paused
  • DLP detections (blocked or redacted requests)
  • Team membership changes
  • Configuration updates

Each activity entry shows the user, action, timestamp, and relevant resource. Click an entry to navigate to the related detail view.
